Hello all...
I just wanted to let people know I am planning a return visit to my home. I have a few things planned while I'm there, including a reading at Baker Books in North Dartmouth, but the one I am really excited about is the reading and tour of the Freetown State Forest I am offering through Bay State Paranormal Group.
For all of you who have asked for a tour of the forest and have wanted to know more about the Ledge and other locations, now is the time...

Freetown State Forest Tour
With Chris Balzano
Saturday, October 11, 2008
3pm - 4:30pm; $40, prepay by October 6, 2008 $25

With the release of Dark Woods in 2007 and then Ghosts of the Bridgewater Triangle earlier this summer, the paranormal focus of Massachusetts has moved away from the witches of Salem and the colleges of Boston. In local and national media the Bridgewater Triangle has begun to terrify and captivate the paranormal world. Now comes the first live glimpse in the haunted ground that has forced those who do not believe to confront possibilities and those who do, to hide under their beds.
On October 11th, 2008, Christopher Balzano, author of Ghosts of the Bridgewater Triangle and Dark Woods: Cults, Crime, and Paranormal, offers a unique look into one of the Triangle's most bizarre locations. He will conduct a tour of the two hotspots of the Freetown State Forest well known for paranormal activity and two sites where Pukwudgies have been known to roam.
The tour will begin at the Wampanoag Reservation, one of the less dark, but severely haunted places within the forest. Christopher will discuss some of the stories that have taken place there and then you'll be allowed to either investigate for yourself or listen as Christopher lays out a few more active places close by.
The group will then move on to the Assonet Ledge, the most sinister places in all of Massachusetts. Hear the stories that have helped to build the myth of the Ledge, including the Lady of the Ledge and the climbing Pukwudgies. Hear the history of the site and discuss potential reasons why this may be the heart of the Bridgewater Triangle.
