Awesome! I told ya I love hearing evp's from far away! Some of them I can't really tell what's the evp and what is the voices of your team, LOL! If I recognized their voices, it would be eaiser. On one of them I think it says "I can do that" which is sort of funny to me, since I have one that says that too, LOL! Hmm, wonder if the ghost from my investigation wanted to go visit ya and check out your cool lighthouse?? Thanks for sharing!

lol, I tend to be the loudest voice on the recordings. Another female member that was in the basement with me has a distinct Maryland accent (at least to my ears lol), and there was a young male voice belonging to our founder's son who joins us on some investigations.

LOL! Yeah, it's hard to tell which ones are the evp's but I think I can guess at them. It's always hard when you're not there, that's why I tend to cut them shorter unless I want to show they're answering a question or interacting with humans in some way! You guys get any pics??

I haven't donwloaded my pictures yet. I usually go through my audio first since that takes forever. I know other members had cameras that night, but no one has posted anything up on my group's boards yet. Once I get mine fownloaded, I'll definately post them!!

Wow, those are really clear - I think it makes them harder because they sound like someone whispering right into the recorder (note: I'm not saying that I think that's what they are).
What is the background re: spirits at that location?

Sorry, I've been unable to get on the boards in a few days. Things have been hectic around here, I haven't even had a chance to finish listening to my recordings from the lighthouse or look at the pics yet and I'm headed to Fort Mifflin in Philadelphia this weekend for an investigation. I'm going to have to take a day and do nothing but review evidence from both places when I get back. Anyways, as far as history goes, the land that surrounds the lighthouse was a POW camp during the Civil War and there have been a ton of reports of Confederate soldiers being seen. Since the lighthouse went into service in 1830, at least 3 of the lightkeepers died in the lighthouse. It is not known how many of the keeper's family members might have passed while living there. There have also been several shipwrecks, thus the need for the lighthouse. The earliest reports of activity date to the 1960s. www.ptlookoutlighthouse.com has quite a bit of the information that is known about the lightkeepers and pictures/stories of experiences within the lighthouse.
