I'm dying without it. Don't get me wrong, I love the Sox. But I'm starting to wither away without my weekly dose of Spooky Southcoast. See...

I know...if wasn't a Red Sox fan, I'd be very upset, but you have to take what comes your way. I guess to see the Red Sox in the World Series, we'll have to miss a few episodes of Spooky. But I wonder sometimes, does WBSM realize that most people don't listen to AM radio for their Sox broadcasts anymore? Hell, we've got cable tv, satellite tv, and FM radio for that. Most people listen to AM radio for talk shows, etc, and Spooky should be allowed to stay on, even when there are play off games going on! If you're going to listen to it on radio, there's plenty of FM channels to catch it on. Why go to AM for your sports needs nowadays. I vote that Spooky gets to keep its Saturday night spot, no matter what's going on in the sports world. Unfortunately, I don't run the station, so I can't do a darn thing about it. Hmmm, unless anyone is interested in helping me to kidnap the WBSM managers and talking them into keeping Spooky on!??

Out of the entire year, it is only for a few weeks. I am sure the guys don't mind getting a night off every now and then too. And for some, absence can make the heart grow fonder, right? ANYWAY: GO BOSTON RED SOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, I think they'd rather be on the air. They've asked everyone to write in to keep them on the air, even when there are Red Sox games. I like the sox too, but I can watch them on TV if I want to. I'd rather have Spooky on the radio, like I say, it's on FM radio and cable and satellite TV, why would we need it on AM radio too??

Ummm, maybe for purists who still like the ball game on AM radio - they are still around!
Anyway, that is all in the past. The BOYS OF SUMMER had a fantastic win and cleared the airwaves! ;D

Whenever I've tried to listen to the show online, the "listen live" window comes up and loads...it looks like it's running, but I don't hear a thing! Now today for the heck of it, I tried the radio and it worked fine. Any ideas as to what the problem might be? Thanks

Hmm, no I'm not sure about that. It works when there's no show on live?

I had the same problem when I tried to listen through Planet Paranormal. It didn't work there. I went to the SSC homepage and used there live stream, and it worked fine.
