Perhaps a show where you gather investigators and ex-service people who have encountred things (other than secret nuke-investigating UFOs- ;D) on military bases. Many date back to at least the civil war and have had terrifying events. Just a couple examples from personal discussions:
The Quartermaster's Museum at Ft Lee Virginia The whole base is built on a battleground. I spoke to one of the "employees" (not to give away names without permission) who says he frequently sees strange shadows and movements on the CCTV when no one is there.
Kadena AFB, Okinawa One of the homes in base housing is now used only for storage. Supposedly a family moved in and were being terrorized by the image of a Samurai warrior riding through the home. Eventually the father went mad and killed the family. The AF hushed everything up and moved in a new family-and the same thing happened. (Unconfirmed)
Lackland AFB, TX A friend and another recruit were on fire watch (a night watch post-usually last 1-2 hours so that someone is always awake in case of an emergency) and were talking when they saw another recruit in 1960's uniform try to talk to them then vanish.
These are just the tip of the iceberg if you can find people to talk about them.
