Hello everyone I am a 46 year old male who has spent quite some time in and around the BT. I spent many of my years growing up living in Bridgewater, West Bridgewater and East Bridgewater! I have had several personal experiences as a youth inside the BT and have been collecting facts, learning and exploring since 1968 when my older sister began having encounters in an apartment house in Bridgewater. I can assure you of one thing, the triangle is definitely not limited to the Hockomock swamp. I did spend several years living in Weebee in a house dated 1760 near the edge of the swamp which we would explore on a regular basis. I am planning to publish my personal experiences and I will let you know that there is ALOT out there that has not been touched on yet for subject matter! I will say one thing, one of the busiest most bustling areas of the BT is also one of it's most haunted! Hope to hear from you all! Sincerely

Thanks for sharing, and yes, I agree with you! There is a house in Bridgewater that I'm very interested in. Seems to be a very intelligent haunting in a home that was once a funeral parlor. It's said that one of the owners committed suicide in the home, and the residents feel that this is the spirit they see in the house. They don't consider him frightening, just a bit unnerving, since they usually see him late at night, if they've stayed up too late! There's more to BT than meets the eye, I'm sure a person could spend years searching for all the haunts and never find them all!!

Hmmmmm, not the one I was thinking of BUT, interesting none the less! Have you been invited into the house you mentioned? My family still lives in B'water and I'm up there quite a bit from Wareham. I usually travel the backroads, lol, up 28 cut across Middleboro 105 to 44 and up behind the state prison and love every dark creepy minute of it! Of course I could take 495 and save 30 minutes, but that would be no fun now would it! The Pratt town area of B'water has some old haunts long forgotten to todays generation of Spirit sleuths. The Scotland area of town, closer to the Hockomock isn't without it's legend and lore either.

It's a friend of mine who lives there, so I've been there many times. The spirit of the man would appear in the new addition walking toward the window every time I'd pull up, so I guess that means he was happy to see me, LOL! I haven't really had a chance to investigate the house much, usually when I go, it's to visit, LOL! Of course, having an experience or two with him is a bonus to the visits.
And yeah, there's lots of good reasons, and haunts to visit the area! I enjoy old buildings anyway, so I enjoy just looking at old houses in older towns.

Well you never know what you may find! I heard tales that Sacco and Vanzetti's loot is stashed somewhere in the West Bridgewater area. I also remember my Grandmother saying she saw two men hop off the back of a train near Bridgewater on the day of that event!

Sacco and Vanzetti were accused of the killings of a shoe factory paymaster, and Alessandro Berardelli, a security guard, and of robbery of US$15,766.51 from the factory's payroll in South Braintree, Massachusetts during the afternoon of April 15, 1920

No, not into hunting treasure. I am however planning an outing this Spring to go on a field trip to Bridgewater. I'll keep posting here or you can check my MySpace.com/PhantomParanormal. Thanks! P.S. if I did find any treasure it would only be a plus!

I'm in Bridgewater 3 times a week for school. I take my side trips here and there every now and then. We go out there a couple times a year as well. Got to get there before the Triple-E season. >^o.o^<

Cool! Sounds like fun! I live on the lower edge of the triangle, so I'm always in and out of it lol, but I must say, so far, my favorite place in the triangle is Anawan Rock! Awesome place!!
