Hmm, I've heard a bit about Rehoboth and was trying to get out to the Rehoboth Village Cemetery the other day. It's said that during the daytime, a wife abusing ghost comes out and yells at people, and has been said to chase people out of the cemetery screaming at them, "Catherine, you b*tch!" I'm not sure if I've ever heard specifically of the Palmer River Burial Ground, would you mind sharing?? Sounds like an Indian burial ground, to me! I hope the weather cooperates for you guys tonight, it sure didn't for me the other day!!!

Ryan...If you guys get a chance, give us a call from out in the field. (508)996-0500, or (508) 291-0500. We'll have Heidi Hollis on as our guest, but I'm sure she won't mind waiting a few minutes while you give us a report! We'll just have to keep it brief, but we're hoping to get more calls from people who are out in the field as the show is airing.

Palmer River is right down the street from the Village. There the legend is a little boy in old turn of the centry clothing can be see running along the tombstones. We always run into some shadowy figures. This is one of our favorite spots, even if we dont get an evp or a photo we always leave there with strange feelings or unexplained battery loss or equipment failure.
Im curious, where in the Village did you concentrate your investigation, if you don't mind me asking. We have been there only once so far, we even brought along a girl whose middle name was catherine. Someone told us you can somtimes see this dude beating a women in one of the corners, but like you sadi he defenitly does not like women.

We haven't actually gotten to go out there yet, we got rained out. Officially we aren't a group yet, there's a few members, but we haven't worked together yet. I've mostly worked on my own with my camera. Even if I don't get a ghost in my shot, I like taking pics of the historic buildings around here! If I do get to go out to the cemetery, I will be sure to let you guys know how it goes! I'm trying to remember where it was, but I do think I remember reading somewhere about the boy you're talking about! Hope you guys make it tonight, the weather isn't the greatest but at least it's stopped raining, LOL!!

Hey guys. It's Steve from NEPA. Rehoboth is definately a creepy place to hang out. The Village cemetary investigation that we went through with was kind of tainted. We had a few too many field investigators with us, and without knowing the layout of the cemetary, it was kind of difficult to get the readings we were hoping to get. The place IS really creepy. We also had arrived at the cemetary a little to early, so there was heavy traffic around us, which was a distraction to us. But as always, we follow up on things, and we will be back there soon. Also I got the other guys to come up my neck of the woods to check out some spots out in Central MA....hopefully this week. make sure to check out nepainvestigations.blogspot.com to catch up.

Speaking of Rehoboth, has ANYONE out there ever experienced what they believe to be an actual encounter with the 'Red-Headed Phantom of Route 44'?

Keith,
I have come across a few people who have claimed to have experiences, but most of them I've dismissed. Most people know someone who knows someone.
You should check out my stuff on Rehoboth though...
