I allways prefered the supposedly based on true story movies myself

LOL - I never missed an episode of Dark Shadows. Did you know that two record albums (vinyl discs for those that don't know what records are - LOL) were created from the show? Guess that would be some of the first soundtrack albums. And you've got it, I still have them both. They are probably Ebayable at this point, but I'm not going to part with them.

Hmm let's see....Lost in Space got me interested in UFOs and Sci-fi, Bela Lugosi got me interested in Dracula and vampires. Alfred Hitchc.ock and The Twilight Zone got me interested the unexplainable a/k/a paranormal along with giving me a good scare.
Let's hear it for old school television ;D. I suppose being brought up on those kinds of television shows groomed me to be a paranormal investigator. Guess television really isn't all that bad after all, well at least the old school stuff. >^o.o^<

Well, they are in near mint conditon, but I could never part with them. I know what you mean about Ebay - people are looking for bargains and not always willing to pay what a collectable is worth.
But, the albums have some freaky music on it, from the show. Sometimes I play them at Halloween. let's face it, kids nowadays probably haven't heard he tunes. >^o.o^<

Deb, Someday we'll have to copy them from you, put them on CD so you don't have to play the records to hear the music.
And of course, we'll give a copy to the Silent Assassin too, for bumpers!
We can do it...we have the technology

Well since you "have the technology", I'd say it's a go!
Are you coming to the open meeting on Friday? If so, I can bring the ablums with me so you can copy them. Let me know. I would love to have them on CD. I've been looking and can't find them on CD anywhere.

I won't be there (I have something else I have to go to in Hyannis that night) but Matt Costa will, you can give them to him, although my plan is to meet up with you guys at the usual haunt afterward...

Oh yeah the usual haunt Check, gotcha ;D No one can know about the "usual haunt" unless you come to the open meetings - LOL! Or if you ask really really REALLY nice, maybe we will tell you. ;D Either way, I will bring the albums with me. But, if for some reason I am not at the meeting this Friday night, that means I have become lost in the deep, dark recesses of my closet looking for the albums that are packed away. LOL >^o.o^<

Hmm, well I know my curiosity is up!! I do wish I could go to this meeting but I definitely can't do it this week! I sure hope we can make it for the haunted dinner tour though. As long as the restaurant can handle my vegetarian race car driver, we're in like flynn!!!

Well you'd have to find out ahead of time. What's on the menu is what's offered for the dinner tour. You could always give them or CAIPRS a call (or email) and ask to see if any other arrnagements can be made. >^o.o^<

Billy Mumy was also in one of my favorite teen "outsider" movies from the 70's "Bless The Beasts and The Children"
